Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your jewelry, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place your jewelry back in its original Astrid & Miyu packaging and ensure it is securely sealed in a shipping box or bubble mailer.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team has inspected your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
